What happens when you take a string quartet and an hour-long chamber concert add it to a production of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, told from the perspective of Heccatty the witch, involve the audience in the action in order to create a cast to make the RSC proud and embrace the comedy and hilarity of classical music and the Bard?
We decided to find out and so Cosmic Music, Arts Active and Arts Organise are more than proud to present – Dame Heccatty Wierdsister does Macbeth.
A beginner’s guide to Shakespeare and the string quartet meets the Edinburgh Fringe meets a frankly bonkers dare we say educational live music and theatre performance. It’s funny, clever and embraces your inner goth. What a great night out!

Let Life Dance
In this professional dance theatre show expect powerful performances from a cast of disabled and non-disabled dancers that is full of compassion for our human experience. We are celebrating the gifts of difference and melting barriers to create the conditions for an endless heart opening. Follow the cast's journey as they navigate life's challenging waters of twists, turns, interference and chaos as they discover how to connect back to themselves, each other and surrender to the exhilarating dance of life.
Choreographed by award-winning choreographer Jessie Brett this show explores what happens when we go against our own nature? How can life dance through us in a world full of restrictions, barriers and struggles? Interweaved with music composed by Jered Sorkin, we know each of us is needed, like the pieces of an elaborate puzzle, to create balance in the world. There is something to be learnt from every human experience.
Humans Move is an emerging professional Inclusive Dance Company which strives to be disability led.
This performance of Let Life Dance will be uniquely presented by Ruth Montgomery, a Deaf musician, who will present a BSL version of the music.

Between The Trees Sessions are back!
The Dunwells are a successful indie-folk-pop band with strong vocals, powerful melodies & heartfelt lyrics. Their debut album “Blind Sighted Faith”, released in 2012 has been followed by 3 further albums.
The Dunwells have built audiences across the world having toured extensively in USA, Europe & the UK as well as having supported artists including Mumford & Sons, Tom Jones, Scouting, Bryan Adams & Elbow. They are passionate & prolific singer-song writers and collaborators having worked on new material for the likes of Lucy Spraggan, Megan O'Neil & Lucy May Walker.
The Dunwells have been hitting the road again after 18 months promoting live music through their online shows, having played over 250 free gigs & famously reaching views in excess of 1.5 million through lockdown.The Dunwells released their latest single - 'This is Love' on the 20th April, followed by their new album Tell me What you Want - released on May 19th, along with the new track 'How will they remember us?'

‘Ballad of a Lost Cat’ is a warm and welcoming world of surreal character comedy and witty guitar-based numbers inspired by The Goons and the Ealing Comedies. Original ditties such as, 'You Make Me Steal Things', 'What Have they Done With the Children?' and the eponymous 'Lost Cat', are interspersed with quick-fire comic characters, in a mix of nostalgia and contemporary satire. Imagine Noël Coward on Facebook, Joyce Grenfell in Aldi or Katherine Hepburn on the school run… This is a one-woman comedy musical revue with original songs, intrigue, and a little bit of opera!
